The staff was very friendly. Our room had a jacuzzi, it was amazing. The room itself was very clean and spacious, I felt pampered.
The shower wasn't working when I arrived, I didn't notice until late at night. There was only cold water running, not ideal after a long journey! The floors were dusty, they had obviously not cleaned them well. Some information on working the air conditioning would have helped.

The staff was so cute and friendly. I especially appreciated the bartender, Ozan. The cleaning crew kept everything immaculate, and I found the pool area very well kept. The free shuttle to the private beach was a HUGE convenience (it runs every 30 minutes!).

The reception staff offered helpful assistance with all my needs. Isa from the spa was always cheerful. The manager, Tatiana, explained the hotel amenities upon arrival and answered all questions.

The restaurant food tasted excellent. There were diverse options available every day. The chef Mehmet is a true professional. Cookies and fruits were plentiful.

My room included a well-equipped kitchen, very useful. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent, appreciated by my teenage daughter.

Several restaurants are nearby including Crown, Umit, and Kayes. These restaurants provide good food. The location is central. Walking to the beach and most places was easy.

The pool area was lovely and spotlessly clean. A transfer takes you to a worthwhile beach club. I found the internet very good. The apartments are well-equipped.
